I'm much more worried about the tens of thousands of strangers who he has maimed, tortured, and murdered. But that's just me. Evidently the rest of the world, including Atrios, Josh Marshall, Matthew Yglesias, and the whole gang, have the opposite opinion.
Maybe we should consider talking about something else. Just sayin'.

Major reasons include lack of universal access, unequal treatment, and underinvestment in public health and social welfare. We will critically examine the economics, politics and sociology of health and illness in the U.S. and the world.
