No using other people's handles or identities, even if you aren't actually trying to fool anyone and it's just to make a point. I think it's confusing, has the potential for mischief, and it detracts from sensible discussion.
It's fine to use a pseudonym, obviously, but please be consistent and use the same one all the time, and don't use anyone else's, including mine. Take responsibility for what you write.

Discussion of public health and health care policy, from a public health perspective. The U.S. spends more on medical services than any other country, but we get less for it. Major reasons include lack of universal access, unequal treatment, and underinvestment in public health and social welfare. We will critically examine the economics, politics and sociology of health and illness in the U.S. and the world.
