So Dear Leader has led his cult -- which now consists of the Republican Party minus Mitt Romney -- into a land of delusion. They have become Postmodernists, denying the existence of any objective reality. The police in Buffalo casually shove an unarmed 75 year old man to the ground, where he cracks his head and lies unconscious, bleeding from an ear. He winds up in the ICU. Everybody has seen video of the event which resulted in the dismissal and arrest of two police officers, who have been charged with assault. Now the Great Orange Helmsman claims he was an "Antifa" provacateur who was attempting to use a "scanner" to black out police communications. He got the idea from a Russian propaganda facility, which is his new favorite news source that he invites to White House press briefings. Needless to say, there is no such thing as a "scanner" that can black out police communications and the guy was holding a cell phone. And I'm pretty sure he didn't intentionally give himself a major concussion to make the police look bad.
Oh yeah, there is no such thing as Antifa, or at least it isn't an actual organization. It's a brand name adopted by some people who like to go to counterprotests against white supremacists. The FBI has determined that "Antifa" was not the cause of any violence at recent protests, but now, per David Niewert, "In rural towns across America this past week, men with guns have been
roaming the streets, looking out for the threat to their homes they
were warned about on Facebook: hordes of ravening “antifa” activists,
loaded en masse onto buses and intent on wreaking havoc. Local sheriffs
jumped on the bandwagon, too. Never mind that it was all a hoax."
Yep, in small towns an rural county seats around America, guys wearing body armor and carrying AR-15s are showing up in downtown to defend their communities against busloads of depraved black people coming to murder them all and burn down their businesses. When they don't show up, the patriots take credit for deterring them. In one instance, a family of four on a camping trip -- including the grandmother -- was confronted, stalked, and then trapped in their camp site by guys who felled trees across the road.
Now Orange Julius is claiming that "domestic terrorists, run by Radical Left Democrats, have taken over Seattle." In fact the city has allowed people to hold what amounts to a street fair in a precinct from which the police have withdrawn. The people are terrorizing Seattle with free food (and also a hot dog stand that sells them for 6 bucks), concerts, and speeches.
Now the Orange Blob is planning to hold a campaign rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma -- the site of the worst incident of racist violence against Black people since the Civil War -- on the 19th of June, that is Juneteenth, celebrated as the date when Union major general Gordon Granger announced the Emancipation Proclamation to the people of Galveston, Texas. He probably doesn't know any of this but you can bet that Stephen Miller does. The question is whether there are enough deluded rabid white racists left in the country to allow the Republicans to retain control of the Senate. I say no.

I've always maintained that it's a truly horrific idea on any level to turn over control of a country, and all its laws and nuclear arsenal, to an obese, bigoted, racist, misogynist, disgusting, revolting, egomaniacal, deluded, demented, craven carnival barker who hangs out with people like himself, which is to say sexual predators, prostitutes, and traitors.
But what do I know?
To Shitler, I say: "In drerd, you excrescent piece-of-shit motherfucker. Eat shit and die."
PS The same to Steven Miller, Mitch McConnell, Brett Kavanaugh, Bill Barr, Tom Cotton, Rush Limbaugh, Lindsey Graham, Fux Propaganda Network and all its obsequious hollow hosts, and any other traitorous, bigoted Americans whose only credential should be membership in the biggest-possible-piece-of-shit club.
Any questions? 'Cause I sure as hell don't have any. It's all crystal clear. If'n ya can see.
I sympathize with the sentiments but I generally strive for a more elevated tone here.
Don,
I think you are being needlessly insensitive and cruel to a person who is apparently suffering from an inverted G.I. tract.
(I don't know this for sure since I've never seen him eat.)
