From the way the sentences and words are used in English, it makes me think it was translated from an Asian language, possibly Chinese. Anyone who has stayed at a hotel there or perhaps in Taiwan can relate humorous anecdotes about things they get lost in translation. I was in a large city in Taiwan once, and every morning when I came down for breakfast, there was a large bamboo steamer which had what were basically steamed lumps of dough inside. Every morning, there was the caterer’s requisite folded card in front of it, and on it, written in calligraphy in English, was “Steamed Bum”. I felt sorry for the guy, honestly.
